Srijan made his cinematic debut with the Bengali film “Prosenjit Weds Rituparna”, marking the beginning of his journey in feature films. Alongside acting, he explored filmmaking at a young age and directed his first short film, “Tanvi – Sarcasm of The Society”, at the age of 15. The film received appreciation for its social message and narrative approach.
He later worked as an Assistant Director on several film projects, gaining practical experience in direction, production, and storytelling. This behind-the-camera experience has enriched his understanding of cinema and strengthened his performances as an actor.
Expanding into digital media, Srijan Sheikh delivered a critically appreciated lead performance in the OTT short film “Behind The Sin”, released on Klik OTT. The project increased his visibility among digital audiences and highlighted his ability to handle intense, character-driven narratives.
With the continuous growth of OTT platforms in India, he remains focused on exploring meaningful roles in web films and digital content.
